Privacy notice
Approved for bounded development intake on August 4, 2026. This notice applies only to the contact and early-access forms described below.
GulpLink collects the email address, listed choice, optional or required message, and consent fields shown on each form. Contact submissions are used to respond to the request and retained for no more than 90 days. Early-access submissions are used to evaluate the request and retained for no more than 180 days. Expiration is enforced by the submission store's retention policy.
Submitted free text and email addresses are excluded from website analytics and application logs. Records are stored and queued in GulpLink's access-controlled AWS development environment. They are not used for accounts, billing, automated marketing, or AI qualification. GulpLink does not sell these submissions.
The responsible operator is GulpLink; its current company identity status is published separately. Questions about this bounded intake may be submitted through the contact form.
Before collection expands beyond these two forms, a further qualified review must define at least:
- the responsible legal entity and contact;
- data collected through hosting logs, accounts, devices, support, and transactions;
- purposes, authority, retention, deletion, export, and correction paths;
- cookies, analytics, subprocessors, and cross-border processing;
- security, incident communication, and customer choices; and
- jurisdiction-specific rights and complaint routes.
